I get this all the time - though it was only me & actually this error is my number 1 dislike of OpenERP. I've posted about it before but no real help came. So I just do work arounds and build new versions of modules in development until they are ready for release (got up to version 15 on my last module). Then once released if there are major issues then I tend to modify existing modules by using new modules & inheriting the previous one.
At one point I thought I had worked this error out (for cases where I wasn't altering the <module>.py file) by making sure that I had all the possible dependancies in the module but that doesn't seems to work all the time.
If someone knows a way of getting around this it will really be helpful.

The problem was solved.
I had to declare the correct dependancies in terp.py and it works.
Thanks for your attention.
