Hi,
during initialization of openerp-server I've got error:

Code:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./openerp-server.py", line 175, in <module>
    tinySocket = netsvc.TinySocketServerThread(netinterface, netport, False)
  File "/home/odysea/www/.python/lib/python2.6/site-packages/openerp-server/netsvc.py", line 398, in __init__
    self.socket.bind((self.__interface, self.__port))
  File "<string>", line 1, in bind
socket.error: [Errno 98] Address already in use

I have a shared hosting account with uniq ip address.
I know that I use same port like other users but I can't change netport="yyyy" to other due to admin policy. (only port='yyyy" is not blocked)
I tried to add my own ip in .openerp_serverrc
netinterface="xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"
but a I still have error
Any ideas ?
Thanks for help in advance

Hello,

I don't understand what your question is about.
As you mentionned, you cannot start several openerp servers on the same ports, else you get the message you copied.
So what ?
regards
